How can I make a purchase on the OR website?
Explore our collection on the site. Select the piece, choose size and color. Complete your cart and proceed to checkout using a credit or debit card. Remember that many of our pieces are unique. We accept all major international cards and PayPal. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please contact us directly: sales@olgarecio.com
What is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary depending on part availability and delivery location.
Parts in stock: 7-10 business days.
Parts on order: Minimum 4 weeks. We will confirm the exact lead time when you place your order.
Do you offer style or bespoke consultation services?
Yes. The OR Bespoke Collection is pure design at the service of your identity.
We offer:
- Private Consultation: A 90-minute session where we explore your vision, style, and needs. Cost: $500 USD (applicable to your first Bespoke order).
- Custom Design: We create unique pieces that will only exist for you. From concept to final production: 8-12 weeks.
Can you custom-make an existing piece?
Yes, the process for creating a custom-made piece varies depending on the characteristics of the piece and the client's country of residence. If you are interested, contact us at sales@olgarecio.com and we will get in touch with you for more information.
How can I get invited to fashion shows and PR events?
We celebrate new collections with exclusive events, both in Panama and in our international markets.
